The venue was contemporary, I appreciated the stay and the location was peaceful short walk to a quiet area, the centre, Duomo. Warm room with large tv. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Florence Historic Center district. Early check-in and the staff was accommodating. Reception was friendly.

i loved that it was neat and upscale, the staff were delightful and rooms were exceptionally nice. the breakfast food was decent, different choices to eat like tea, pastries, scrambled eggs, croissants and yogurt. fantastic location, 10 minutes' walk to a spandrel arch bridge.
